I visited this restaurant a while back, and the only reason I didn’t write this sooner is that it had just opened. When a place is brand new, I usually give it time to work out the kinks before I judge it too hard. I planned to go back and give it another shot, but after reading more recent reviews, I noticed people were still complaining about the same problems I ran into.
I ordered the tacos and my wife got the hot dogs. We also grabbed a to-go box of ribs. I’ll be honest: everything came out cold. None of it tasted good either. We were the only people in there, so it wasn’t like the one person working had a pile of tickets to deal with. There was no excuse for food sitting around lukewarm and bland.
I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking to get Fuel before you head out and explore Savannah near the river. Save your money and try somewhere else.
